Graduate

If you have a degree and are considering primary teaching, you can choose from these options to complete a primary teaching qualification at a teacher education provider:

  • Complete a Graduate Diploma of Teaching (primary)
  • Complete a two-year Bachelor of Education (Teaching)

You can choose a method of study from a variety of options such as campus-based, online and distance, and whether you study full time or part time.

TeachNZ Teacher Recruitment Scholarships (Rural) are available to encourage people to teach in rural areas. For full details and eligibility criteria, view the application form below.
